Cherry Days in Lovran

Lovran celebrates its most famous fruit with a month-long Cherry Days programme in June. The celebrated Lovran cherry — juicier and sweeter than most of its cousins — has been central to the town's history, culture, and economy for centuries. Throughout June, Lovran's cafés and restaurants offer cherry-centric cakes, desserts, and dishes. On 13 June 2026 the main Cherry Fest brings together gastronomy, music, and culture — with a 10-metre-long cherry strudel visitors can taste on the spot, plus a wide array of cherry desserts to take home.
